Laminated steel body encased in a high performance thermoplastic cover. Cylinder and dual locking steel levers for pick and pry resistance. Shackle is case hardened, measuring 1-1/8" long with a (3/8" diameter including cover). Insert molded shackle cover provides protection against the elements.
